Caroga Lake Wheelerville School Presentation 4/16/2015
On Thursday, 4/16/2015, the Tundra Pack visited Mrs. Wager's 2nd grade class at Caroga
Lake Wheelerville School.  Tiko, Smokey and Spirit entertained and amused the class with
typical Siberian Husky antics.

The children were able to get a feel for a real dog sled, and give
musher commands to fellow students who acted as "lead dogs".

Tiko showed off his scooter skills, Smokey was the obedience demonstrator for the
“trainers', and Spirit showed the class the true personality of a snow dog. In a small way
the visit brought the class studies of the Iditarod Dog Sled Race into the classroom. A great
time was had by all and Spirit is ready to go back.

Thank you to the Wheelerville Union Free School PTO for the kind invitation and the
donation to the Tundra Hospice fund.

The thank you notes from the children are very special to the Tundra volunteers.
Fun was had by all....
