Quick Breads
Sweet Potato Bread Bread:

Cream-
1 cup of corn oil.  (I use vegetable oil, but it really is noticeably
better with the corn oil)
3 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten

Add:
1 lb. can of pumpkin  OR  2 cups of cooked, mashed sweet
potatoes
2/3 cups of water

Sift:
3-1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. of baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice

Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.- Also
can be used as muffins.
